They promised to replace our block heater cord with a new one, but all that was done is the cord was cut apart and tapped together with a connection and black tape. When I called them they said they would not do that, I know the way the new cord looked before they cut and tapped it. Not happy at all! Would expect them to keep there word and replace with a new like they said they would.

Just had my vehicle in for a SGI claim and it was flawless and my vehicle came back super clean inside and out, was done in two days and getting a rental from them was super easy. It was great they are SGI accredited so I only had to make one stop to get it appraised and then fixed. Great work guys!

Not necessarily a Jubilee issue but a Ford one - selling the board and the motor as a package instead of breaking it down into the motor separately... running up the cost.
Also, the # of emails requesting participation in this survey is bothersome...

Good service. Had the hubs changed on my f-150, they had the parts I stock so they could do it right away, not waiting on parts was nice. The waiting area with the coffe lounge is nice, Just a long wait for the shuttle to get me back to work.

I took my F 150 in for an oil change. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and it wasn't ready until 4:00 PM. It's okay. The frustrating part was having to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle. The only other issue is that I wish they could fix the leak in my driver's side window. Otherwise, Liam is terrific.

Twice the oil change people stripped bolts on undercover of car and I'm awaiting management to call me back. Service department said it was our fault for driving our car in water??.

I only had one bad oil change from here. Mechanic forgot to finish tightening the oil filter down which made a mess of the underside of my truck.

I've been here a few times and everytime the staff are wonderful and they solve the problem quickly. The last visit the issue was covered under warranty so I didn't even have to pay! The shuttle service is wonderful as well.

Took my Fusion in for regular maintenance. Friendly service scheduler got me in the day after I called. Service adviser was waiting for me at my scheduled appointment time. Check-in was fast. Offered a complimentary coffee while waiting for courtesy shuttle. A nice chat with pre-owned sales manager in the lounge and the shuttle was there. Courteous and professional driver had me at my office in no time flat. Service advisor called within two hours to say my car was ready for pick-up. Wow!! He explained everything in detail for me when I checked out, and a free Spiffy's car wash voucher later, I was out of there for less than 100 bucks. Love it!!

I bought a vehicle from there a few years ago. They buy vehicles with thousands of dollars worth of damage (14,000) and fail to disclose.
i should have done my own carfax but I also should have been told when I asked about the car history. He only checked the dealership service records and of course there was nothing there. In the end I was blamed for rushing the sale and I could bring the car back at a $3000 loss after 14 days of owning in and 80 km of driving

I went in to look for a new car. While I was waiting for my sales consultant I noticed and overheard a person in management treating a sales associate HORRIBLY! The bullying and attitude that I seen was atrocious! If I wanted to see people being treated like that I would have went to a high school. Management open your eyes and get a work place bullying program in place. NEVER BUYING FROM YOU OR YOUR COMPANY AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS!
