This was my third try at getting an oily cange while I wait. Being busy is a sign you are at the right place for service i guess. Love my MKX and this place takes such good care of it. I depend on them to tell me what maintenance is required as well. The folks behind the counter and working on the vehicles are very professional. If you have been lucky enough to have Alex, you are in the right hands!

On Jan 11/17 I pulled into the service lane concerned about a possible oil leak. Mike M quickly had my vehicle moved into the Quick Lane Service area. Glen had my vehicle checked out within 15 minutes.
Lucky me! No oil leak

On March 28, 2016 I dropped off my 2016 Lincoln MKX for a Platinum Package Clean Up & oil change.
When I picked my vehicle up I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no charge for the car cleaning.
I have purchased new a 2011, 2013 & 2016 Lincoln MKX from Capital Ford Lincoln and always received exceptional service and customer care from sales and service personnel. I am extremely satisfied with the sales and service provided by Capital Ford Lincoln.

Time for an oil change and check of a tire losing pressure.....resulted in fast and free service. Oil change was free due to had already had 5 and fixing tire free due to service credit dollars that I had accumulated. Yes. Merry Christmas to me. Fast and friendly.
