Luckily, the technician was able to come same day. They are always thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. We don’t call anyone else.

We had a service technician come out and take a look at our washing machine. He was out there for about an hour. Told us we needed everything on the washing machine, he wanted to replace the control board, wiring, harness and pump. Then at the end of the as was leaving he told me we could try cleaning out the drain filter which I would have figured would have been the first thing he checked since he was there to troubleshoot. I spent 15 minutes cleaning out the filter. Washing machine works great. They quoted me $800 to fix it. Definitely not impressed. Would not recommend. They still charged me $139 for a guy to come out and do basically nothing.

Very happy with this company. And our tech Justin. Very impressed with covering shoes and putting down a rug. On time and even sent a photo of the service guy. Price given right away and follow up too. Would recommend 100% and plan to use them for any appliance work now. Thanks so much.

We had a recall on the griddle on our range and an issue with our wall oven. They were very quick to respond and to get parts ordered. Communication was perfect and even though we are waiting on a part for the oven, they reached out to keep me updated. George was very friendly and professional. Great company to work with.

Justin introduced himself and handed me his card. When I showed him the washer he got right to work diagnosing the issue. He quickly dissambled it and found the broken part, he said he might have one in his truck but he also had a parts place right down the street if he did not have the part. Unfortunately, he did not have the part and needed to go get one. He was super fast in retrieving the part and had it installed and back together in a flash. He tested the washer and was done faster than Santa on Christmas. Thank you Justin, and thank you Trustworthy Appliance! I will be calling on you again when the need arises.
