Though I did not end up buying a vehicle from Chinook Auto, I would like to give a big shout out to Mike. He is such a likeable guy and made me feel so at ease on the test drive and in our communications. If they had the vehicle I needed I would definitely have bought from Chinook, and will recommend them in future.

Hi, my name is keri. I recently have been put in the position of needing a new car. My roomate mentioned this place called Chinook Auto Sales and a man names kalil. He took me in to meet him and my wonderful story begins. I told him two types of cars and nothing else, he then had me I front of the exact car I wanted and it had all the features I was looking for. Great prices, great cars, fast and I couldn't be more happy. Pls take the time to come down there and have a look if your car shopping, you won't regret it.

Hi I am Nadeem and I purchased a Nissan Rogue from here a few days back. I met Mr.Khalil and found him awesome in customer dealing. The vehicle was very nice but it was the excellent dealing that i looked no further and decided to buy it immediately. Mr.Khalil gave me discount on price, provided all the documents required, extended warranty, arranged insurance on the spot and registration in no time. This is my 10th vehicle in last 23 years and i found Mr.Khalil upto the gold standard of how a car dealer should be. Sunday they are closed but he picked me up from 30km away and opened the showroom to hand over the vehicle to me all serviced and tank full. He gave me a courtesy call twice that how did i like the vehicle.
I will look forward to the dealership to purchase another vehicle next year and highly suggest that anyone should visit the Chinook Autos if searching for a vehicle.

I bought a car here that seemed too good to be true. It was a late model sedan with low kms and all of the bells and whistles. When we went to look at the car one of the bells didn't work (power drivers seat). As soon as I brought it to their attention, the response was we will have that fixed before you pick up the car. It was. I couldn't be happier with my purchase or experience with this company.

Went to them deal was made. Told me to sell my car and get back same day to get it arranged. We SHOOK HANDS ON THE COST and had it all ready to go THEN he said oh sorry I guess owner won't do deal. In there field HANDSHAKE IS THEIR HONOR, NO HONOR here just theives. Left me carless because they had me sell mine that day saying I'm approved! I was approved. Don't buy from dishonest sellers.

I would highly recommend coming to this dealership! So beyond helpful and no high pressure sales. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Roger Aviles. They are located on 17th avenue across from Sobeys! Thanks again to everyone there!

Buyer Beware!
Bought vehicle that was accident free according to them.
Turned out they bought it at an auction were it was reported as an Accident Repair!!!!

Extremely aggressive and quite frankly rude. Customers are not treated as customers but more like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to buy or sell a vehicle from them. These are the people that keep the public's perception of "used car dealers" exactly what they have been for the last 20 years. Drive past this dealer when in Calgary. Stick with the major auto dealerships when seeking out a vehicle purchase.
