Hands down THE BEST PT….friendly, knowledgeable and very individualized therapy. I was referred to Kelly after lung surgery..I hurt and was depressed….now I feel like a happy normal person again. Can’t say enough good things!!!

I feel so lucky to be in Kelly’s care- she has extensive experience and is great at diagnosing what’s wrong. I might do 10 or so exercises in a session and each one is important/memorable.
I felt better after the first session and I didn’t expect that.

I love Ms. Kelly just in less than a month I felt better. I am currently pregnant and have a lot of pelvic floor pain from the very first day Ms. Kelly worked with me and I was able to walk better, sleep better, and move better before having my baby. I can’t wait to continue therapy after having my baby.

4/24/2026 - Dr. Amber Baines, DPT is phenomenal!!! I had my initial assessment done by her today and she was great. Very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from her in my first day and I look forward to my future appointments. I have full confidence that my pain areas will improve over time.

I highly recommend her as a physical therapist. I see quite a few specialists for other ailments and I can confidently say I believe I’m in safe hands.
