The whole evaluation process takes less than an hour, you'll call and make an appointment which in most cases we can get you in that day or the next (for this is all we do) you'll then need to bring in your Revocation Investigation packet which consist of three parts A, B & the part that we fill… The whole evaluation process takes less than an hour, you'll call and make an appointment which in most cases we can get you in that day or the next (for this is all we do) you'll then need to bring in your Revocation Investigation packet which consist of three parts A, B & the part that we fill out part C. (part D in most cases does not apply so no worries) we will need identification and a payment of a hundred dollars cash or money order. Next John will have you take a few short test, yes/no - true/false nothing complicated. Then John will ask you some questions all in an effort to fill out the C portion of the packet. This is called a Substance Abuse Evaluation. John will then send off potions A,B & C to the department of motor vehicles in which they will make the final decision whether you will be accepted or not. Then the MVD will send you their answer in the mail to the address provided as to what your next step should be. it's that simple! We do not try and hook you into taking classes or anything else for we already know the financial hurdles you've already overcome to get this far and we do not want to complicate things for you any further, our desire is to make this a s pleasant experience as possible for you so you'll tell all your friends and family about your experience with us.
