We have had zero down time over past 3 years, since we got the system. Our outbound lines are constantly in use for almost ten hours a day. We have combined our system with other configurations to allow remote staff to also use it and it worked fine.

Signing up and getting the system setup was pretty easy. We started using our new Virtual PBX the very next day. The other features were a bonus. Even the basic package is a great asset to any small or medium enterprise.

Nextiva works great for my company's telecom's needs. The iPhone application has been a huge help, especially with the outbound marketers. The dashboard has been amazing too because I can manage services right there, without having to call tech support every time. The one of two times that I had to call them for something, they were helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me achieve my objectives. I definitely can’t complain and would recommend Nextiva to anyone who needs an affordable, reliable solution.
