I came into Verizon yesterday dealing with a very frustrating situation, and Q was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was patient, professional, diligent, and genuinely committed to helping me get everything taken care of.

He spent so much time going back and forth with Verizon Customer Service on my behalf, even after getting disconnected multiple times. Every time, he stayed persistent and kept working until we got through it. He made what could have been an incredibly stressful process so much easier and got me through the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus when someone actually cares about helping the person standing in front of them — and Q absolutely cared. He took the time to listen, troubleshoot, advocate for me, and make sure I was taken care of.

I am so incredibly appreciative of everything he did for me. If you come to this Verizon location, make sure Q is your specialist. I cannot recommend him enough!

I went in Friday, the launch of the iPhone 18, went in wanted to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for the iPhone 18 or max, I as told that since I had an older phone plan that they do not offer anymore that I could not get a promotion/ trade in value for my iPhone, I had no issue changing my phone plane. He then quoted me a plan to add two new phone lines, with 2 iPhones that i did not need, in addition to my existing 2 lines. I understand this might have been a good deal for someone with a family of 4, but I was just looking into upgrading my iPhone 13 Pro Max, I called the location in The Woodlands for clarification, and went in later that day and was able to trade in my iPhone 13 to the iPhone 18 and was able to upgrade my apple watch as well, without the additional 2 lines. This store missed out on a sale trying to get one over on me. Customer service was not terrible, but honestly on upgrades and plans are not a priority at this location.

Juan Hernandez helped me switch from my current provider AT&T over to Verizon. He was extremely patient and helpful. He took his time and never rushed me. Best customer service ever.

Placed an order at this store for express pick within an hour. Showed up right after work before heading home and they were acting like they had to pick up the phone from a foreign place. Finally, after complaining for waiting forever, they got the order, didn’t give it to me, but went and put it in a lock next to me. What was the point of checking my id but crazy part is the lock didn’t work initially, so I had to wait even longer. Stores are useless just have it delivered because am worried how long it will take to drop off my trade at the store.
