Rude, disorganized, would not listen or look at my phone even after I said I may need to switch to them. The manager was not interested in getting my business. He totally dismissed me. I will never deal with Verizon again. It appears they don't need any new business. I will not deal with them again and will discourage anyone not to use them. Unreal.
