Rooms are updated with floors vs carpet which is nice. However, there needs to be updates for all he bathrooms (still have shower curtains 🤢) and lighting for the rooms. The rooms are very dim. Additionally, only 2 of the 3 elevators were working during our trip and there were several leave groups at the hotel making elevators hard to come by.
The staff was friendly. The location is directly across from a Starbucks and downtown historic Branson.

We were in Branson for a dance competition at the Convention Center. It was so convenient being in the same building as the competition. The room was beautiful and everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful.
Before arriving I had a little hiccup and Morgan assisted me and he was so very helpful, he made a huge difference in the enjoyability of my trip. Upon arrival Caleb S helped us get ALL of our bags to our room and was also welcoming and cheerful while hauling all of our luggage and dance gear.
Thank you to everyone we met along the way.

I stayed at this hotel during a busy weekend trip and found the location to be absolutely perfect since it sits right across from the main event spaces and is just a short walk away from the lively downtown waterfront shops. The lobby has a really impressive, modern look with soaring ceilings and the outdoor pool area looked fantastic, but my actual guest room felt a bit dated and showed some noticeable wear and tear on the carpets and furniture. While the front desk staff was very pleasant during check-in, the housekeeping service missed replacing my towels on the second day, making the overall experience feel more like a basic stay rather than a premium upscale getaway.

We had a great time. Heather was so nice and efficient when we checked in and the valet service was terrific. Our room was spotless - thanks to Onedya!! She also had a special surprise waiting for us when we got back to our room - we were celebrating our 50th anniversary and she had a beautiful display of towels shaped like swans with a heart surrounded by rose petals! This was so special and she definitely went “the extra mile”!

Sunday Checking out Valet Bob came loaded all my luggage, got my car loaded my car, valet my car again to store until conference was over then will get my car up for me when we are finished. The Service is top notch!! Kaleigh was there over seeing all and made check out very easy and we will definitely be back.
