They were very pleasant and helpful until I bought the car. A complete run around for the car to be ready and once it finally was the car shook tremendously over 100km. I had the rims changed, which I had to do the run around for, and was told the tires that City South sold me were totally warped and would cause the shaking as well. I went back to them to tell them and they simply nodded it away and ignored it, my car is continuing to shake to the point that I feel like I may fly off the road when there is any ice or snow - they are winter tires.
I went through a car wash and all of a sudden paint has come off the mirror, they shrugged that off as well, as well as the promise to fix my trunk which is not locking. I am starting to think they have not told me the entire truth about this car.
The car came with an electronic car starter which they told me simply had to be plugged in. When I had the rim guy look at it, he told me that he had already told City South that it doesn't actually have the right kit to start the car, only to lock the doors.
Also, when I bought the car there is a $20 fee added for gas, there was barely any gas in the car. It should have been just under half a tank.
I could go on. I am not happy. Customer service is horrendous.
