I recently bought an SUV from Carline. Their entire team was very helpful throughout the entire process. After purchasing my new ride on way home I had a heavy wobble when I hit the breaks above 80km/h. I took it to my own mechanic and found that it needed a new Tie rod... which would not have been noticed in a safety check on a hoist unless you drove it over 80km/h.(not their fault) ... Carline replaced it with no question. After that I still had the wobble... After deeper inspection their mechanic found that it turned out that it was a warped router from factory (not their fault) ... Again, with no questions asked they replaced BOTH routers AND pads to ensure I was sorted out proper at their cost!
I will most deffinately consider Carline for my next vehicle as should you! Their team made my purchase seamless, stress free and painless!

A safety certificate costs $100 at any given garage & an emissions test costs $20 & both of these things are needed to register a vehicle in Ontario. Now a rational person might think the first & easiest place to buy a car with these things included would be a used car dealership, but this is Ontario, where stupidity & scamming people take precedence over reason every F*****g day of the week!!!
With that being said, this dealership is like most Ontario used car dealerships in that they will lie through their teeth when they tell you they "can't" sell you a vehicle with a $100 safety certificate & a $20 emissions test unless you pay them a ridiculous $400-$500 fee... So in other words unless you pay them an extra $400 which is required for certification, the car they're gonna sell you is gonna be uncertified, meaning you can't even drive it off the lot. It's a scam that insults people's intelligence, but then again people in Ontario have no intelligence (how else can you explain why scams are so prevelant here... it's like most businesses have given up on trying to do good business & just focused on ripping people off, i.e. get the money & run).
