I hired this company to upgrade my roof to cement tiles after the big fires a couple years ago. He and his crew were very, very professional and receptive to all our concerns.
They were, and remain to be, accessible for any roofing concerns. For example, I used them to install skylights.
Highly recommend them.

We had a small project, but Villareal Roofing made a great impression. I am a general contractor and have had my share of "issues" with sub-contractors. This company gave us a fair price, showed up on time, cleaned up the site, and completed the project in one day. The work performed was excellent! I would definitely use their services again, and highly recommend Villareal Roofing Co., Inc.

Gilbert is amazing at what he does! I had an emergency with my roof leaking. He came out and gave me an estimate, and started work that same day. He got the job done really quickly, and saved my house from being ruined with water damage. Great job!

Our project was a small one, but the price was right, workers showed up on time, finished the job in one day, even in a light rain, cleaned up nicely, and the work performed was highly satisfactory!
