I have recently purchased a used Honda Accord sedan at Milburn Sales and Service. It is a great car, and the entire experience was pleasant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Information given about the car was important. Test drive, on my own, was a good opportunity to see how the car felt. The "deal" was easy to put together, even though my trade was a well maintained, but older Accord. My new car was serviced and ready for pick up at a time agreed upon. There was no rush. New features were explained to me, and the offer of their service was reinforced, if any questions came up. The overall environment was friendly and welcoming. I would have no hesitation to trade cars here again or to recommend Milburn to my friends and family. It was nice to experience old-fashioned assistance and decency.

My wife and I just recently purchased a used vehicle from Milburn's Auto Sales. We had previously visited a number of both used and new dealerships in and around Guelph so we had a fair idea of what we were looking for and in what price range. We not only found that vehicle at Milburn's but actually enjoyed the whole experience from the test drive to the trade-in to the purchase. We found all of the people we dealt with to be professional and accommodating as well as friendly and helpful. The vehicle was ready as promised and our sales person even took time to review and explain all the features of the auto before we departed. We are happy with our purchase and the manner in which we were treated and would not hesitate to recommend Milburn's to both family and friends.

Bought a car here about two years ago...Totally impressed with the salesperson...Bob Greene...he didnèt sell me something I didnèt need...told him what I wanted (my needs)and he advised me on some vehicles to avoid (too large or more power than I needed)...thatès what impressed me the most...He wasnèt out to just sell something....I appreciated it....
