We had what we thought was a small leak in our tile roof. After Frank did a thorough inspection of the roof from inside the attic he came out with pictures we couldn't believe. It was very nice to have a roofer take pictures of the problem and tell you your options rather than trying to scare you into a new roof. Our roof is about 20 years old and we do know we will need a new one soon but it was comforting to get an honest opinion. We are not full time residents in Naples Fl and knowing we have an honest roofer in call is a great relief. We ended up doing the repair and knowing we needed a new roof soon Frank offered to deduct half the cost of the repair from a new roof cost when we are ready. We are so happy to have found Frank and his wonderful team of roofers.
