The worse place ever to buy car or a truck the worse customer service ever, I bought a van cost me over $10000, in a week my truck broke I took my van to fix it they refused to fix it, the sales man I delt with his name is Chris the worse customer service ever I kept calling they ignored my calls. I am so disappointed please Be Careful going there because they are scammers

I have bought 2 trucks from these guys now and when its time for the next one I will be coming right back here. Any issues I had with the trucks after I bought them, they brought them back in and fixed it right. All the guys there are knowledgeable and helpful. Big thank you to Hume, Chris and John for keeping me on the road. Anybody asks where to get a good vehicle and for a good price, I'll be sending them to you.

I saw an ad on kijiji for a vehicle featured at JB Trucks n Stuff. When I called in the person who answered notified me that the car was owned by an employee but it was not on site, so I left my name and number to be contacted. Simultaneously I sent an email requesting additional pictures of the interior and a copy of the car proof. One of the sales people answered the email specifying that he would send pictures. but never answered my phone call and never sent the pics.

After waiting for the car proof and the pictures which never came. I decided to call yet again, this time I got a hold of the owner of the car slash sales person who owned the car. He proceeds by telling me the car is no longer being sold with two sets of tires as well as talking me out of the car and not wanting to take my deposit but rather being unprofessional and completely self serving and rude.

I found the tactics used by this company to be extremely immoral and unethical. I was prepared to buy this car site unseen. I guess the stigma attached to used car dealers will never change because the operators of used car places refuse to learn the true meaning of customer service. PAY ATTENTION OMVIC

They sell high km trucks that break down soon after,lie about finance, make promises that can't keep, will not return your call when you confront them. Buyer beware!!! These people are crooks!! Read their slogan..."we only cheat you a little". What's a little to them is a lot for the customer.

Terrific !! The most interesting place I've ever been. This guy has 1 of everything,or will bust his ass to find one for you. they are multi ligual,English,Spanish,French,and some Arabic(just enough not to get cheated).Check it out,Very interesting. I wish I could invest with this guy.
