Mike was awesome. He was very accommodating with my work schedule and scheduled an appointment time, not a window. He also called me 30 minutes before he arrived to give me time to leave work and come down to the house.

I let him in and then went back to the office. He let himself out and locked both the front and back doors behind him.

Mike worked out a great price for me and I would definitely use him next time I need to clean my carpets!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mike and his crew. We discovered mold in our garage wall and Mike was kind enough to work around his schedule to come out that day. He was very kind, patient and professional in talking me through the entire process, which was vey helpful in such a stressful situation. Mike and Rich were fantastic with the water mitigation issue in my condo. My upstairs neighbor's sink leaked into my unit, causing water damage to my walls, ceiling, and soaking my carpet. They did their work with excellence and efficiency. It was a pleasure working with them. Such nice guys. I appreciated the fact that they drove to Fremont from south San Jose. Not sure if that was an exception though. Mike is an honest communicator and is very upfront about the work required. I highly recommend them.

They were able to come and help my family with a very quick response and super professional job of cleaning and disinfecting our carpets and furniture. This was a great help for us. Mike and his team from Supraclean removed and cleaned mold damage in our bedroom wall this month. They came out right away and did a thorough job! We have a toddler and dog so getting this resolved was urgent. They came to the rescue and did a great job! We also had Richard Gray come out from certified-environmental.… and he was very helpful with inspecting and testing the mold and air quality in our home. We are so appreciative of all their help!

I own an indoor environmental testing company and have used SupraClean to help many of my clients of the last year or so. You never realize what a headache water intrusion in your home can be until suddenly you're wading through 4 inches of water to get to the kitchen sink or the kids toilet. But SupraClean goes above and beyond finding the source and fixing the issue. All of my clients that have had work done by Mike and his team rave about how polite, professional, and punctual they are. As an environmentalist I tend to be a bit protective of my clients, there's no need to be so with SupraClean. I know without a doubt they will come in do the job right and take care of the client. I highly recommend SupraClean if you ever find yourself in that "my kid just flushed their stuffed bunny down the toilet" moment!

The gentleman was good at explaining the procedure and he seemed competent. I was pleased with the fact that he gave me the estimate right then and there. The quote was very detailed and itemized. Mike explained the process to me step-by-step. His company did the drying out work and checking for mold. He referred me to other companies that did the testing and abatement work and then he finished it up by cleaning the studs. I appreciated that his company was able to come out right away and Mike was willing to take the time to explain or clarify things.

Very thorough. Very punctual and easy to contact. I also wanted to have them paint a sealer on the wood when they were done cleaning and remediating the surfaces. I was told this was not something they normally do, but that they would be happy to do that as well, no problem. Would recommend them to anybody who needs water damage or mold remediation. Easy to work with. Overall an excellent experience.

Richard and Mike were awesome awesome awesome!! Thank you so much for responding so quickly to my morning disaster. I woke up to a flooded bathroom and bedroom, so I immediately called the plumber who referred Supraclean. Well I'm glad I listened to my plumber!! Richard and Mike got to work fast. They sucked up the water so quickly with their large extraction machine. Within in no time they had my mess under control. Was so impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. Mike is such a nice and polite guy and Richard never stopped working. It was a pleasure having both of them in my home regardless of the circumstances.
Most of all they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and did an excellent job. I would definitely say that Mike & Richard went above and beyond my expectations. I am very thankful to them both. . I highly recommend Supraclean to anyone in a flood situation.

I contacted about a half dozen firms. We obtained three estimates and Supraclean was the most courteous, professional, knowledgeable and thorough in handling the estimate. Their prices were competitive with the other estimates. They also did not charge for the estimate which was nice as most of these firms do charge about $200 for an estimate on water/mold damage. They showed up on time, did the work as promised, cleaned up their work space every day and were responsive to my many questions. I crawled under the house to see the after (I only saw the before through the plumber pictures) and the foundation was nice and clean and dry. We would definitely hire them again.

They are amazing. They came out on a Sunday and a Father’s day. They dropped everything to come and take care of the flood in my house. Mike is the guy I worked with. He was extremely professional, so compassionate, and understanding. I was dealing with a major disaster with the flooding in my house. It was four or five of my neighbor’s houses were flooded. On father’s day I arrived back and my entire court cul de sac. My neighbors had their garage door up, and they were pushing water with a broom out into the court. It was a major job and not only were they johnny-on-the-spot, but they arrived quickly. I did not know if they would come, they were from the south bay. I have a home in Redwood Shores, a very nice home. They took photos and interviewed people. They made all my neighbors feel at ease which I think is very good because it was a stressful situation. Everyone had to cancel their Father’s Day plans. You will never get that day back ever. They worked quickly. Their pricing was lower than another quote we got.

Called Supraclean to investigate moldy, musty smell coming from under my house when it rains. They looked under the house and said it wasn't mold but was just from being damp under there. Smell goes away when it dries out. Put my mind at ease.
