Nothing but good words for these hard working folks. We bought several trucks from Palmery Motors over the years and without a doubt they are the most knowledgeable when it comes to work trucks. The staff and owners are the nicest people you will come across in the industry. I personally can say its always a pleasure to deal with them, they make my job easy.

George the owner and Carlos are both liar's and will not admit wrong doing sold our company a van that suppose to be in good working order but was full of leaks tranny and shat default front shocks seized u-joint jimmy rigged catalyst convertor rear diff had a hole in cover and a bunch of other major default for a total of 9789.00 $$ for a van that was supposed to be in good working order ya right !!!!!! BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS

They are the biggest goofballs in the area. I called and wanted to purchase an excavator. They knew absolutely nothing about it. Could not answer any questions. They were rude and just seem annoyed that I was calling to get info. I've read lots of reviews about them and the redflags are everywhere.. no test drives? How are these guys even in business? Go find a reputable shop and dealer. These guys will rip you off. My business went elsewhere.

I purchased a 2008 Jeep From Palmery Motors in November 2016. I paid $1000.00 extra for a 'new' info center with rear mount camera. When I got the Jeep home to London, I discovered 2 things:
A) the new info unit did not work because it was incorrectly wired and B) it was NOT a 'new' unit at all. When I called to complain, Leo (not his real name) said the reason the unit did not work must have been caused by something I did. BTW, I do not work on cars because I do not have the knowledge; just like the mechanic at Palmery. Leo said they would "do me a favor" and replace the unit for an extra $300.00 - like an idiot, I paid them and they put in a different unit (newer than the last one, but definitely NOT new. When I got the Jeep home after the second install, I found that, not only had they had destroyed my dash, but that the newer unit also did not work and it too was wired incorrectly; it drains my battery every night. I called back to complain. Again, Leo said it must have been my fault but they would be happy to fix their second mistake for another $300.00. No Leo, this time the BBB and the courts will work it out.
These guys are scammers, they take no responsibility for their work, they have selective memory, and blame any and all problems with their vehicles on the the buyer. I honestly do not understand how they have not been sued before for consumer fraud and their sketchy business practices. Run, don't walk, from Palmery Motors.

I own a small company. We have about 5 vans on the road and have bought them all from George over the years. We just replaced 2 of them last September with a couple of Savana's. George took good care of us just as before. No complaints here. Just wanted to let anyone out there looking for a new van, go see George or his son Paul. Really nice guys and easy to work with. Thanks and we'll be back soon for an other.

Hi, I just wanted to be the first to say that I was extremely happy to find a dealership with such a selection of cargo vans in 1 location, I simply could not believe my eyes. I had the chance to browse through about 100 trucks on there lot and find exactly what I was looking for the past 3 weeks every else in Toronto. And by the way, got a great deal !! Thanks guys, keep up the good work. Dave T.
