Couldn't thank these guys enough. Basement flooded. Called several companies and only these guys would come out after hours. They were able to clear the clog and figure out what caused it. The plumber kyle was respectful and very knowledgeable.

First time homeowner here. Called another company to fix a water pressure issue. Thought they had fixed the issue but 2 weeks later issue came back. Called same company to schedule and they said I would have to pay for another visit to see what the actual issue is. I told them forget it and called Dynamerican off a recommendation from someone I know. Gabby in the office was easy to deal with, tech brandon fixed my issue and been over a month and no issues. Will definitely be using them going forward.

Called multiple companies and each company said they couldn't get to it or werent equipped for my issue but to call Dynamerican. At first just thought it was someone they were friends with but after multiple companies and each telling me the same thing. That says something different. That says they are respected in the industry. That says to me they can get the job done and they got the job done for me. I will be using these guys going forward and anyone reading this should use them too.

To be clear the pipe repair was phenomenal. The tech was great, he did a good job.

My complaint is with the front office. I called and made an appointment. Rather then verify my address, they set it for my old address. When the young man called to say he was on his way and I corrected him, I received a phone call stating that because the location was different (Macedonia v. Akron) that my rate would be increased--I jut accepted it. Today, I discovered that the hot water tank they installed was not working. To be clear, they installed it three years ago, this is not their doing, but they wanted to charge me $275.00 for the first hour for overtime to have someone come out after 5. Not acceptable. They installed it, they should have someone come out for standard rates to repair it. I'm done. Two terrible interactions with their front office has me going elsewhere.

Dynamerican was fantastic. Was getting overflow from my downspouts as they were clogged badly. They showed up promptly and said hydrojetting would fix the issue and did not try to upsell me anything. Within 90 minutes the Plumber had all the downspout clogs removed and they gutters drain as intended. 5 Stars and the price was extremely fair.

Definitely my goto plumbers.
