This is the worst among the worst car rental in edmonton. I booked a grand caravan 2 weeks in advance, and
Contacted them twice just to make sure i will get the car in time. Sunday july 23,2017 i went to their office to get the car (9am pick up time)
8:15am just enter their entrance 8:18am got the call from randy, told him i just arrived then i went in and he told me that they dont have the car availaible for me bec. Of bla......bla......bla.
So, this is very frustrating bec i already booked my hotel (3days) and bought all the ticket for rides. Im not trying to blame anybody but they should have alternatives for this kind of issue.

They are not reliable...........
