Beware of steep price hikes. I got an attractive intro rate. After 4 months StorageMart raised it 42% with only 30 days’ notice, buried as a red label in my monthly statement email. No separate notice. I negotiated it down to +12%, but they would not refund the month charged at +42%. About 8 months later they raised it another 30%. I saw a similar pattern at another location. I have moved out. Look for places that lock prices in the contract.
No cleaning snow nothing just charge you the Price.
All guys you have Vehicle parking storage Be careful the storage parking lot no insurance.
You guys pay for parking the parking you don’t have insurance If any problem you called your insurance… Why I pay for parking you don’t have insurance…….

Wonderful experience with the on site office worker Marie-Claude while she set me up with my unit. Very helpful, efficient and funny. We picked this location over others because of the affordable pricing, heated units and good hours.

We all know how long distance moves are a headache but this time all my questions were answered and her guidance was greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough about the Storage Mart on Montée Masson in Laval and their team! Marie-Claude and Pierre were SO helpful with getting us a unit in their facility. They were knowledgeable and kind. Marie-Claude was there on the day we moved our belongings into the unit and once again she made sure we were well taken care of. If you need a storage unit, be sure to check out this one, not only will you have in incredible team to help you but you’re also getting a very clean facility.
