They don’t reply to emails, trying to call to give them notice about moving out. They charge 3$ for you to talk to someone. Stay away they will offer you good prices and then quickly will double your payment.

⚠️ Total scammers. They’ve raised my rate twice in just two years — and always without prior notice. The “great” rate they lure you in with is completely fake; once you’re locked in, they jack it up. My rate is now 50% higher than when I started. And no, it’s not because of inflation (which is only 3–4% a year) — it’s pure exploitation.

They hide behind fine print and count on customers not fighting back. This is not a trustworthy company. If you value honesty and transparency, stay far, far away.

My experience so far with Storage mart has been a success I’ve been with them for about 10 months now with no complaints. Everyone working in this store is very helpful but the most helpful employee that I deal with is Parry. Parry I believe is the manager and he does his best to make sure I am dealt with accordingly and in a timely manner. I appreciate everything he has done so far!

The guys made it easy for me to set up a new parking spot for one of my heavy duty trucks. They were kind and polite. They gave me the complete package options. They made my life a lot easier.
