Had a storage locker for a few years here. They were always helpful when needed. Roadways to the lockers were well maintained even in the winter.
Today as I took the last items out of the Locker David was an amazing help.

I’ve had a great experience with StorageMart on Barlow Trail. The facility is secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. Michelle went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs — she was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Michelle definitely does. Highly recommend this location!

Amazing service from all staff at this location especially the wonderful man that helped me move out today I think his name is Richard. I dealt with the ladies working when I had an issue with my lock & they were all so nice as well. I will only come to this location for storage because of the wonderful human beings working here. I came back to Canada for my citizenship oath ceremony, only to find my car wouldn’t start after sitting idle for over 8 months. I had my own portable jump starter, but it didn’t work. As I was heading out of the facility, Richard at StorageMart kindly gave me a ride to the main gate in his lovely golf cart. On the way, I shared my ordeal with him.

While I was walking back to close my unit and wait for roadside assistance, I saw Richard again — this time with a smile and the words: “I’ve got a gift for you.” I joked, “Another ride to the main gate?” and he said, “Even better, I’ve got a portable jump starter.”

Honestly, I was hesitant to try again after my own device failed, but since he had gone out of his way to help, I figured, why not? And guess what, it worked! My car started!

Richard saved me time, money, and stress on a day that was already so meaningful to me. His kindness and initiative reminded me what Canada is truly about, good people helping each other without expecting anything in return. Thank you, Richard. You're a gem!

This place sells you an offer but they don't respect it. Read the clauses in your contract carefully because they change the prices. Also, since it gets dark at 5 pm in winter, my storage had no light and neither did the outside. Terrible place to have a storage room..

Not only was my unit broken into. They have released to me monthly statements before I pay every single month up untill the last, i would have moved and left otherwise. I was waiting to receive my last one. It slipped my mind to call and previously I never was told i signed up for a special amount that ended and when I asked if they increase it as none of this was listed in my lease except can randomly be changed, the lady told me they do slightly. But they jumped my rent up to shocking amount and never did send a notice like they do every single other month. Thats a pretty shady business deal. They told me it increases a bit yes not almost 5x my current cost. Not to mention after the break in it took them a whole month to fix my lock. Avoid this storage place. Very deceiving and unreliable to keep your items safe.

There company called im going to fix the stars to mid because she did make things better. She got me refunded some of my money back due to the mishap she was also very polite and very respectful. Thank you! (Also was the Regonal manager) apologies for forgetting her name.
