Even though at first we did not actually make a purchase John was very helpful and attentive. I was really surprised at his honesty and the level of details he provided. I felt that John would sooner put us in the right vehicle than make a sale even with no pressure at all. in addition I received a thank you email for only attending the dealership, I thought that was sweet.
I am generally a skeptical person especially with a situation such as a vehicle purchase. I trusted what John was saying and I felt educated on the vehicle I choose and all of the final numbers. all of which were given to me up front when I asked unlike other dealerships we visited just to compare.
We came in to look at a 2014 versa because of the great price listed, but we have decided on buying a 2014 Focus instead. My family have been a satisfied That car place customer since 2000, My entire family have dealt with the same dealership for that entire time and I must say they have expanded huge this time.
I will be recommending John to potential vehicle buyers in the future.

I did my research when purchasing my new car. I needed a car that would not only last but something I could count on everyday to get me to and from work. I got a great car at a great rate and payment thanks to Kal but with John and Robs help I was able to find the dream car I needed to make a statement!! Thanks guys!! I recently purchased my 2009 BMW and was extremely happy with the sales staff who helped make everything such a breeze. I shopped around finding the best deal and brought me here to That Car Place the sales team made me feel comfortable. I know that I will be well taken care of especially with the reduced service department labour rate for as long as I own the vehicle. I will truly recommend my family and friends there.

Purchased a vehicle last month, the guys there were great, was very skeptical first, but they proved to me that a decent used car dealer can actually exist and im not just a dollar sign, they got me a lower interest rate than my own line of credit, saved me money and delivered it on time since i had to return my rental after i wrote off my van, i will recommend them to any one i care about.

I purchased my vehicle from That Car Place, and have to say was quite pleased with their service. I also got VIP service for my Chrysler 300 I purchased. I have been to many used car dealerships, and by far That Car Place offered me the most service for my money and at that time they showed me that my vehicle was the lowest price in town.
I appreciate all their help and support knowing that they will take care of me after my purchase.
PS. I especially love the 1st year oil change free!

ive never been treated like i did there at any dealer ship im not to smart about cars but they told me straight everything i needed to know, no hidden fees or nothing! and id tell all my friends to buy from them , there out of the city a bit but worth the drive, go see the salesman name Jay hes young but knows his cars he will hook u up with the best finace deal or even cash deal.! thanks alot guys from that car place i love my impala its awsome!!

The guys there hooked me up with the best deal, and shopped around for me it to 1 week but they found my the car ive been looking for all year! and gave me a amazing deal with finacing i will be buying all my vehicles from those guy, unreal service and im paying my vehicle payments from referring people there! 150$ id deff send everyone i know there !!!

Everyone thinks that girls are dumb when it comes to cars, I have had many mechanics try to take advantage of me because I am a girl (Midas, Canadian Tire etc...) when I was referred to that car place.
They have the lowest price in london $48 per hour, and they actually fixed my broken transmission.
I will be buying my next car from them.

Well, having been through a bankruptcy recently as well as divorced I was having quite a hard time obtaining financing. A friend recommended these guys to me as they had similar problems and they were great. They got me a car and took great care of me.

a vehicle that is purchased saftied should be saftied. Not have to go back 2 times and still not pass a safty. Be very carefull when buying from this organization

When you have a safety issue you should take it to the Ministry of Transportation and file a complaint, that if it is a legit concern.

I guess That Car Place has nothing to worry about if they sent you to the Ministry for a complaint you had. You can't please everyone. They were more accomidating to me.

If all issues are looked after, before, during, and after, should be OK, we looked after it even if it's not safety related, somebody's opinion is not the law, we abide by all laws here in Ontario and we will continue to look after all our customers with open arms, no questions asked, hopefully that's sufficient to keep customers happy!!
