In Nov 2009, I chose "Steve The Builder" to re-shingle my house and Derrick Fleming gave me a 10 year warranty on the workmanship that specified prompt repairs at no charge. On March 1, 2017 (approx. 7 1/2 years later) a strong wind blew 4 shingle caps off my roof. I called Derrick's cell phone immediately, left a message and he returned my call next day. Repairs were made on March 6/17. Considering Derrick now operates a new company called "Peak Performance Contracting", and yet honored the original warranty (prompt repairs at no charge) from his previous company speaks highly of Derrick Fleming's integrity.
