Had Ian, Devon and Nic come by to take some items to a storage unit. They called before they were coming, arrived on time and were great at communicating with what the job entailed. They quickly made a plan and communicated very well until the job was completed. They were prompt and thorough. I highly recommend this company and these 3 gentlemen.

We used them for moving and storage. Trent in the office is a gem, premium customer service.
The crew that moved us was also top notch. I felt very safe with them in our homes and they were very friendly.

After the move with Total Moving I expressed a few of my concerns including how some staff were very slow, took long washroom breaks and broke some of our stuff. They even admitted they broke it. When I brought this up with head office and said I would be holding back some of my payment to cover my losses, they immediately told me they’d take me to court. Lol. What? Instead of talking with me to reach a solution they immediately threaten court? Weird.

Couldn't have had a better experience in terms of storing our belongings when moving. Accessibility is seamless, security is solid, everything is clean and well run. Trent was exceptionally helpful with arranging things to accommodate us, giving us a tour, and making sure we got things settled in well. Colby, on the Total Moving side of the business was super helpful as well, getting some of our possessions moved into a house and others moved into a smaller storage unit. Excellent people all round!

For nearly 6 years we had the privilege of storing our family possessions with Total Storage. To call them a storage facility is a very crude way of describing these wonderful people. In this incredible facility. They are true custodians of your most valuable possessions and they take pride ensuring that what you hold most dear is protected.

The people at Total Storage (and their sister company Globe Moving) could not have been more helpful. They managed both my move in and move out very professionally. They were happy to manage the moves without me being on site and that made moving day a lot less stressful.

The storage space was clean and safe. Can't ask for more.

I have been Total Storage for almost 8 years and cannot say enough about the excellent service, professionalism and cleanliness of their units. Throughout the eight years, I actually had two different units and they have always done everything to accommodate my needs wonderfully. The 24 hour access is amazing and everything is so well lit and with security cameras in the parking lot, I always felt safe whenever I had to visit my storage unit.
I cannot say enough about this company and the storage facility that they provide. If you were thinking about renting here you definitely won’t regret it!

I visited Total Storage to reserve a storage locker to store my apartment contents in case there was a timing issue with the availability of my new apartment. It seemed pretty certain I would need a locker for about a month or 6 weeks. Sandy was very helpful in explaining my options and costs. She even gave my wife and me a tour of the facility and the unit we were reserving. Next I am going to ask for a quote to move our contents.

This is the second time I'm using Total Storage. They are accessible 24 hrs, a day and have an assortment of unit sizes. The staff is helpful and friendly, and their prices are reasonable. You can use there truck to move in and they offer senior discounts. Great place to do business.
