The gentleman who waited on me was very nice and helpful. I wear hearing aids and am 82. He spoke so fast it was hard for me to follow. I asked if he could speak a little slower. He responded very politely and slowed down for a minute or two, then sped up again. This is definitely not to complain. It would be a good thing to comment about this scenario to all of your employees. They are all so smart about IT, but it makes a difference to those who can't hear as well and aren't as savvy with their phones.
Thanks for the work you perform.

Had a great experience here! The 2 men I talked to were very kind and knowledgeable. My phone battery was replaced within the specified amount of time and it's as good as new now! Thank you!! The store is also in a convenient location right across the street from a Starbucks, where I spent my time waiting for my phone to be finished.

The store has been very friendly and helpful to me. I went there on a friend's recommendation, and a manager was very kind to him and lent him a phone to use during the repair.
They did good work on replacing a battery. I also did the Asurion insurance deal they offered. Asurion has worked for me buy YMMV. But this store the people have been respectful and knowledgeable on repairs to phones.

They repaired my decide improperly and returned it in horrible condition on a warranty. Then they placed a lock on my decide that the ofallon store confirmed with me where nobody else could touch it. So I had to bring it back to them. I did where they kept it for months and gave no call or email it was ready I had to call and ask. Upon pickup I was asked what the device was in for, they didn’t even know what they did?! The other store confirmed it needed yet another motherboard. That clearly wasn’t done and my computer was retuned still not working. When I told them they said it’s not in warranty anymore and they won’t fix it under warranty. The issue is my computer was brought in under warranty and never repaired properly to be in working condition. I’ve been dealing with this since January. I’ve finally been able to be in contact with Microsoft who also agree that they are required to fix it and will be replacing it. Which should have been done months ago. They are happy to lie and say whatever to make money or get you out the door, the UbreakIfix in Ofallon is much better and actually attempts to fix your devices, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Took my ipad here. It was in pristine condition. They said they couldn't repair it, and they broke my screen in the process. Now my ipad needs screen replacement on top of the other damage that needs to be fixed. I had to keep calling them to ask what's the progress of the repair. Only for them to say 2 weeks later that they can't fix it. Nonrefundable deposit. Place is a sham
