I needed to redo my patio in the backyard. When they came to give me an estimate they told me everything was going to be graded in a way that the water will run to the yard. Also they told me not to worry about any problems getting into the backyard or with the garden, their words were:" at the end everything is going to look great". When they finished the job, the walls of the house were dirty with splashes of cement as they didn't put any protection, parts of the garden were ruined with spilled cement. Also after the first rain I saw that the water wasn't running out. The finished colour is not even and I have puddles around the step and some dark spots as at the last minute they cover some cracks with cement that was not swept as the rest. I called several times and sent messages to Daniel to see what they could do to fix this and didn't hear back from anyone. I guess once you pay that's it.
