I attended a conference here and the staff was top notch! Wonderful customer service. =)
My suite was roomy and the bed was sooo comfy.
There are cute places to eat at awithin walking distance and highly recommend Hojas coffee/tea shop one block over on 6th.
My friend and I had a pleasant breakfast in the restaurant and the service couldn't be nicer.
Please consider this hotel for your next stay in San Pedro, you won't be disappointed!!

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The food was great and the service provided was that you'd expect from a 5 star restaurant (not underestimating that). I had to step away for a business call and they kept my dish on the warmer for me. My coffee was refreshed several times and frequent checks on if everything was good. Pedro and Genya were our wait staff and they absolutely crushed it. Everyone works a team here too. Great job leadership team (Gaka)
I will be coming back here for sure when we're in the area . . Keep it up!!! Thank you for the great service

I have a couple issues, first off the stay was awesome. We loved the location, the cleanliness and staff were accommodating. With that being said my main issue was the refrigerator in the room that did not work wich affected our stay. Secondly there's no microwave to warm up our left overs from the great nearby restaurants. Lastly we enjoyed the pool but when leaving one night there were no towels, the next day we went back to the pool and the water was so hot, we figured the pool heaters stay on all the time wich made swimming uncomfortable. Like I said overall everything was nice but those couple details would have made such a big difference.!

All in all not a bad to stay at this hotel. I stayed in the presidential suite as an upgrade and it was appreciated. It was a little strange that the bathroom into presidential suite is so small compared to the rest of the suite as you'll see in the photo I couldn't even get enough of an angle to show how small it is. The view is really nice of the harbor but unfortunately you can't really keep the drapes open because there are so many windows that the room would just be extremely hot. I had the air conditioning down to 68 and it never dropped below 72 even with all of the drapes closed. The water in the bathroom was so slow, see my video, that I did mention that to the hotel before I left. The restaurant was decent I had breakfast there both days and had enough of a selection from the buffet to make it worthwhile. I will say that on my last day there I was there right when they opened and wanted to order my egg whites and asked the server if I could order my egg whites and she said just give me a minute cuz she wanted to seat somebody else and then completely forgot about it. I also ate dinner there and had a chicken Caesar and that was good. The hotel staff was very friendly. The fitness center in my opinion is very lacking there's only some dumbbells no universal machine which was very disappointing. I was there for two nights and did not have an opportunity to use the pool so I can't comment on that although I saw a lot of people hanging out there. I went in enjoyed my cardio along the harbor early in the morning which was very cool to be able to see the battleship and all the nice little things that the city has added to the HarborWalk I would highly recommend that. All in all there was several restaurants nearby I thought this was a good location and would have no issues staying again.

Check-in time was 4 PM, I attempted to check in at 3:30 PM hoping my room will be available. It was not but I went through to check-in process which took about 10 minutes and told I would either Receive a call or just return at 4 PM for room cards/key. I did not receive any phone call or text so I returned 30 minutes later at 4 PM to see a line of approximately 12 people. Despite the fact that I had checked in earlier, I still have to wait for all the other people To check in Took approximately 35 minutes since there was only one person manning the desk. Totally unsatisfactory. Many hotels that I’ve stayed in overseas if you check in early, they will have your card waiting for you at a So you can just pick it up. In the check-in process took me 45 minutes, 10 minutes for myself 35 minutes for all the other people.
I received text later, asking me how my room was which I replied to. Later on I asked and requested a late checkout. I received zero meaning no response to request. Totally unsatisfactory. If the answer is no reply no.
The room was relatively clean, but in poor material condition. For instance, when I went to Plug-in an item the entire electrical outlet had about a half inch move in any direction. It was not secured to anything. It was just hanging there. The size of the junior suite was more than adequate with the exception of the restroom, which reminded me of restrooms. I’ve stayed at in Japan. Extremely small. On a five star allergy of this place at three star out of five. Given the price I paid make it two stars. I’m not happy or satisfied with my one night day at this location. I hope you can do better.
