The staff is what makes the difference at this Holiday Inn Express. They are all very friendly and house keeping uses the towels to make some nice decorations on your bed and the bathroom. This is something which I usually only see in Thailand.
The rooms are clean and in a good condition. The breakfast area is nice, the food is the usual.
The location is perfect if you want to enjoy Wekiwa Springs for swimming or in a Kayak.

Very friendly staff, dry clean. My room was cleaned every day and bed made. I have stayed a couple weeks now and excellent, friends service. My stay was work related. There were several families with children staying down the hall, and I was able to sleep with no problem, so room are well insulated.

Great stay at this location! We got 2 rooms here 5 years ago and the stay was great. This visit we only needed 1 room and it was great. The A/C for the hallway of the 2nd floor had it a bit warm when we checked in but, it was cooler the second day and for the following days. The staff were all very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and variety of foods available for breakfast. The building and rooms were well kept right down to special designer folds in the towels and tissue. Nice touch. We sorta expected the place to be more run down and used looking this trip after 5 more years of use but, it seemed just as new and well kept as our first visit. Parking was great and the pool was also well maintained. Thanks for making our stay very comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely be back to this location.

The young ladies at the front desk were amazing! We were able to check in early, and later in the afternoon another staff member was very helpful in providing us with extra towels. The breakfast attendant in the morning was also wonderful she was very kind, and the breakfast was delicious!
All of the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel was very clean, well organized, and well maintained. My family and I were delighted with our stay and truly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be returning in the future for another family vacation.

Had a great couple of days here. Every one of the employees you encounter takes the time to greet you and ask how your stay is going.
The room is superb. They take the time to special fold every towel, super clean, good water pressure, and the tv not only is adjustable, it'll pull out and adjust so no matter where you are in the large room, it'll adjust so you can see it! .. the entire building has a good smell, not the bottle "hotel" smell like some others. The outside is clean and well kept. Traffic easy to get in and out of.
