Week of 9/8-9/12 2026. The bar did not have a liquor license. I really wanted a beverage in the evening but that wasn't happening! I didn't try the restaurant, didn't want to take that chance. The TV selection is terrible. The location of the hotel sucks. You have do u turns to get anywhere from the hotel.
We were in town to see our new Marine gradate from Parris Island. I thought this being a Holiday Inn it would be nice... I was wrong. I'm a rewards member so the best thing about this stay is the points I earned. The very expensive room did not include breakfast!
I will never visit this hotel again.

Paid for 3 nights to relax by the pool and have some drinks. Paid online, of course, nowheredid it say the pool is closed for weeks as well as the bar has no liquor license. Got a it's suite, yes it's spacious. The couch head stains, where you sit. I had to use bathroom towels to lay on them because I was scared of what was on there. The floors were sticky, look like the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. For $760+ for 3 nights, 100% not worth it. Went to their so called restaurant, ordered their version of a flatbread pizza. It was microwaved pizza laid out neatly. LOL.
Do not waste your money at this place. Go elsewhere.

The bed and pillows in the king room are extraordinary. Probably the most comfortable I’ve had in any hotel, and I’ve traveled the US for work.
The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind.
We visit Beaufort at least once a year to visit children/grandchildren and will absolutely be staying here again.

I have been to many hotels in the past 6 years. The thing that makes this hotel great is the night staff. I want to make a special recognition for Ms. Tiffany. I have never met anyone more devoted to customer care than her. She is always polite and concerned with making sure our stay is the absolute best that it can be. Tonight I witnessed Ms. Tiffany's professionalism in action. A very irate guest came to the front desk and treated her so poorly. He called her names, invaded her personal space, and behaved very inappropriately toward her, especially when she had absolutely nothing to do with what the guest was upset about. Despite all of this, Ms. Tiffany maintained her composure and and handled the situation with poise and grace. I have to say that I was very impressed by her. Even when guests treat her poorly (which should never happen), she responds with kindness and respect while addressing the need. She deserves acknowledgement (and a raise)!

The hotel is clean and orderly and although the staff seemed a little cold, I have no complaints about them. The beds are comfortable. If you're looking for a complimentary breakfast, this isn't your place. I debated on whether to give 3 stars or 4, but the internet available at this hotel is so atrocious that it takes me back to memories of dial-up. I won't be returning unless they address the internet.
