Our hotel stay was wonderful! Very patient and kind with our 16 month old!
Breakfast was even better! Olivia took fantastic care of us, spending time and very attentive to our needs!! Food was a great start to the day! We even rebooked for another night on our way back through town next week!
See you again soon!

The resort grounds themselves are gorgeous and have plenty of walking paths and trails. The food is really good and the service members are very hospitable. The rooms, however, are quite dated though you can tell they try to keep them clean. I would consider everything except the rooms luxurious.

Management Team,
My family and I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Asheville, North Carolina over the weekend, and I wanted to share some concerns regarding our experience. First, I’d like to note that the main lobby is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. Unfortunately, that level of presentation did not carry through to the rest of the property. While our room was clean overall, the carpet appeared to need a thorough cleaning and the room itself did not reflect the same quality as the lobby. Our primary concern, however, was the pool area. My daughter was especially excited to spend time there on Saturday. When we went down to the pool during posted business hours, we found it closed. Additionally, the pool area did not match the images shown in your advertising. It appeared poorly maintained, with visible weeds in the cracks and an overall run-down appearance. Because of this, we had to make alternate plans for our stay, which was disappointing for our family vacation. To add to our experience, on Sunday at approximately 3:00 AM, I was awakened by someone attempting to enter our room. They eventually left, and we later learned it was our upstairs neighbors. From about 3:15 AM to 4:30 AM, there was significant noise from them moving furniture on the balcony, walking heavily, and talking loudly until they finally settled down. I reported this to the front desk, but I did not feel the concern was taken seriously, nor did I receive an apology. We selected this hotel based on the reviews and photos, but our experience did not align with what was advertised. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it can help improve future stays for other families. I have also attempted to submit this through your online chat, but I have not been able to get a resolution.

My mother and I stayed with you over 4th of July weekend. We absolutely LOVED the experience!! From Blu at the front desk, to Liam in the overlook restaurant!! There were a few minor issues. One being the PM front desk staff, not knowledgeable at all with the hotel or its guests. Also not very helpful when in need of something!! Two; you are a hotel that allows dogs, but why do you not offer a dog daycare service? There are many planes in Asheville dogs can not go, and instead of being left in the room all day… Three; a majority of the guests of the weekend watched the fireworks from the front? But no staff or the like were out front giving sparkles.. offering a beverage.. why not have a 4th party out there.. you can see a city full of fireworks… do the movie out there.. but regardless. We will be back!!!!!

We love staying at the Crown Plaza! Everyone is so welcoming and accomodating. When we arrived, Katie helped us deal with a room issue and accomodated our room needs. We then had dinner at The Overlook and were served by Aria, who was amazing! She even found me coffee which they typically don't have at night. The food was so good! Last time we were here we had a great breakfast and were served by cassie and maryanne, so I look forward to tomorrow's breakfast! Overall, I highly recommend staying here.
