Great information and interaction. Provided options, special offers, storage rules and was able to lock in the deal for a mere $33.00 which the savings outweighed the initial hold costs. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a genuine willingness to ensure that you are satisfied.

We had an unexpected move and called around 5 pm hoping to get a storage unit the same day. Cindy was so kind and helpful and made sure we had access that evening without any stress. She took her time walking me through everything, even though it was after closing, which we really appreciated. Huge thanks as well to Anna for helping coordinate. The team at Sentinel Storage on 145 Provincial Ave in Sherwood Park was fantastic to work with. Cindy helped me when I booked my storage unit, and Anna assisted when I closed the account — both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They started our good then I had made some arrangements they took my lock off and went through my stuff. Then after going through my stuff they sent me a letter telling me I have to move my stuff out of there so I recommend not going through sentinel storage if u don't want them to go threw ur stuff there is no privacy there

My wife and I needed a small storage space for a few months-we originally went to their Sherwood Park Broadmoor location but they were full and they recommended their location on Provincial Ave.
When we went to the Provincial Avenue location as soon as walked in we felt welcomed, the staff were friendly and quickly helped us with what we needed-reviewed the documents thoroughly with us-sold us a lock and off we went.
A few months later we went to our storage and when I went to open the lock they had sold us the key sheared off in my hand as I attempted to open the lock-now what I thought?
I went and told them at the office and they immediately without hesitation had an employee go cut the lock off and gave me a new lock, telling me they had changed the type of locks now as they had a few problems with the lock we had purchased. That was awesome they handled the situation the way they did….no stress on me just dealt with immediately..thank you!
We only needed our rental for a short time but our dealings were excellent with the staff start to finish.
We recommend if you need a storage locker go and see them at there Sherwood Park location-Im confident you will be happy with their service and the space.

We haven't actually put anything in yet but Cindy was amazing. She accomodated us with a 4:30 appt and because there was a "walk-in" moments before we arrived, she ended up staying about an hour past her quitting time. No pressure. Just plain, old fashioned, good customer service!
