I had a fantastic experience with my storage unit reservation. The customer service here is top-tier; Kyle and Dianne were incredibly welcoming and professional. Great experience with Sentinel Storage. The team was very responsive and followed up quickly after my initial inquiry. They were also very hospitable and even offered refreshments like water, coffee, and tea while we went over the options.

The facility is very clean and feels secure, which gave me a lot of confidence storing my belongings there. The Sentinel moving van was also super convenient for getting everything from my home to the unit.

This storage is very well run, clean, climate controlled, and very safe and secure. Dollies are always available, which makes everything easier. I got lucky to get storage here when it was needed. I can’t say enough good things about Sentinel Storage. From day one, they treated us with patience, respect, and actual human decency — which, honestly, is rare when you’re dealing with storage facilities.

We were in the process of moving our belongings out, and despite unexpected complications completely outside our control, the staff worked with us, communicated clearly, and gave us grace and flexibility instead of pressure or judgment. They understood the situation, gave us reasonable extensions, and genuinely tried to help rather than make things harder.

I was exceptionally well treated by Dianne and JR. At a time of great stress, they were very understanding and patient. I was politely shown a couple of options regarding size of storage unit then was taken through the paperwork process prior to my items being moved into storage. They made a sometimes stressful situation very smooth.

Great customer service. I had an issue with the gate code after paying, apparently a system error so I couldn't move my stuff as planned.
But they made up for it and gave me a generous credit to use for the following month

Today we left the units from the promotional price. The workers there are incredibly respectful and although we only stayed a month to avoid the regular rates, these people went way out of their way in kindness and making sure our needs were taken care of. I'm happy!

Went in for moving supplies and these folks had everything I needed. Although their prices were higher than the nearby hardware store, as soon as I mentioned that, they offered me a 25% discount. An employee even helped me carry all my purchases to my car.

We used the storage locker as a temporary store during moving. All contact with the office was very helpful. We were able to access the unit after office hours the first time. They left the padlock inside the unit for us and gave us instructions how to get in. There were multiple dollies and an elevator to help us get to the unit

I recently used Sentinel Storage and had an amazing experience. The service was top-notch, and Andrea, the manager, did an exceptional job taking care of my needs. The facility offers elevator access, a large bay door for easy truck access, and plenty of carts to transport items efficiently. The freight elevator made moving everything to the second floor effortless.

The storage unit itself is very spacious, with a height of over 12 feet, allowing for easy stacking. Security is excellent, with a pin lock system for entry and exit, and the facility is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Andrea even provided a free lock for my unit, which was a nice touch.

I highly recommend Sentinel Storage for anyone looking for a secure, well-managed storage solution. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
