Very happy with the high quality workmanship on the engine. A big thank you for the time spent doing the 150 point vehicle inspection and giving me a list of the needed parts. I felt bad having my truck towed in that muddy condition due to wet, muddy roads, then when I went to pick it up, the staff had it all washed up.

Always appreciate a smile and a very thoughtful nod when things go south for one's vehicle- i.e. repairs. They happen and are a part of life. One needs to know something of a plan when we take our navigator in for service. I know that they know and understand the history of my aging vehicle. They understand I have a connection to my suv. Kind of funny actually... anyways, they get this. We have a plan of action and then look to the future for when and where it will be finished. Service was great, other places I get back into my truck and the seat is way back and the mirrors are moved which doesn't need to get done from driving from the lot to the garage, Doug makes it really easy to get an appointment booked, or even getting a ride if necessary

Doug of the service dept was immediately helpful. He tested my battery and gave me a timeline for replacement within 20 minutes of my arrival. Work was done that day. I further requested brake renewal; they were checked and done the next day, along with lubrication of the driver's door.
