There are not enough adjectives to describe the level of service and quality of work Robert and his team of professionals at Seneca provided. They replaced our leaking windshield, fixed myriad cosmetic issues, and repainted the entire vehicle. We didn't recognize our long-in-the-tooth car! It looked brand new and is no longer an embarrassment to drive. Seneca is clearly committed to customer satisfaction and it shows.

My experience was poor.... POOR WORKMANSHIP.
My front bumper was painted by Seneca. They removed the bumper to paint it.
After Seneca did the job, the paint finish on the bumper was riddled with specks of dust and dirt in the paint and in the clear coat. Dirt specks caused by Seneca’s painting process. The dirt specks were quite visible to the eye and easily felt by hand. The bumper was also misaligned when put it back on. So I complained.
The owner said that his technician would “fix” the finish on the bumper by wet sanding bumper and polishing it. Unfortunately, the paint tech further damaged the bumper by sanding too hard and removing some of the clear coat and paint thereby exposing the white primer. He also scuffed other areas of the bumper. He tried to hide the damaged area by applying touch up paint - but the touch up paint came off the next day exposing the white primer.
I complained once again and the owner said he would fix it. I asked the owner how he would fix it and he told me he did not know because he knows nothing about auto body repair and painting - he just owns and manages the shop. WTF?
Based on the owner’s admission, the poor quality paint job, and the unsuccessful repair attempt, I told him I would not be returning….could not take the risk of further damage. I would rather pay another shop to do a proper, professional job and fix the problem.
Not the quality service and repair that I expected from an auto body shop who states on their website “High-quality Collision Repairs - Using the latest repair techniques and equipment for the auto body repair industry”.
The website also states “we will not let you down”. But they certainly did with me. I am disappointed and disillusioned. They did not offer to repaint the bumper or return a portion of the payment.
Interesting to note that the website states “We offer a lifetime warranty on all collision repairs” but this was never put in writing on my invoice.

Today I made my way on down to Seneca Auto Body shop in Missisauga, after speaking with the owner, Robert R.J. Fluney the day before about my vehicle's right door exterior mirror issue. After having a very brief conversation with him, I was impressed by his distinction.
Upon arrival, right away Mr. Robert asked one of his team members to take a look at the damaged mirror, and the replacement mirror that I brought with me. Within 15-20 minutes the work was professionally completed without any paint work being required, and it was all done for free to my surprise.
It feels really good to meet someone at an establishment that can serve a person they've never met before with honesty, and respect.

Our Honda needed a repair of the back door. After taking into consideration different options, I decided to visit Seneca Auto Body to ask for an estimate. I talked to the manager Rob, recommended by a friend of mine. I was impressed by his knowledge and distinction. Rob offered his services right away and stated that the repair will be done by his team at a reasonable price and in a very short time. He give me one of his cars as a replacement for the duration of the repair (free of charge). The repair was done even earlier then mentioned by Rob.
When we picked up the car we were really impressed about the level of professionalism, the quality and precision of the work done. We were treated very well by his staff, always helpful and friendly. The quality of work was impeccable and beyond our expectations. The door looks now as good as new! We want to thank the entire team for their efforts and for the job well done. We'll certainly visit Seneca Auto Body in case need it.

All I have to say is the best service and the best auto body shop me amd my husband trust... Robert the owner has given us the best service by also answering his calls and returning them and by giving us also his honest advise and experience what to do after a major accident my husband got into ... from all the body shops we know and had prior experience nothing can be compared to Seneca Auto Body Shop cause they cared of taking care of this matter right away and their service was excellent !!!! Seneca recently did a major repair of my wife's car after she was broad sided by a car that ran a red light. (Thankfully she was unhurt) The work was excellent and Robert made sure he got the insurance company's okay to use only new Lexus parts in the process.
Several weeks after we got the car back I noticed a small unrelated piece of trim missing from the car. I took a photo of it, e-mailed it to Robert, and asked him to order it for me. When I went in to have it installed they did it right away and Robert refused payment.
Good shop. Even better owner.

When I spoke to Robert (Manager/Owner) the first time to inquire about the 2015 Lexus bumper quote, I got a gut feeling that I was already talking to the right person. He explained the details about the technical aspects, the pros and cons of the situation, etc. I felt his honesty, courtesy, friendliness, trust, confidence, knowledge and other related factors concerning the main objective. Robert is a great son, father, and grandfather. Robert entertained me (with my family) despite the auto body shop was already closed. We also spoke about how the shop was born, including about his family. After driving over a hidden stump, I needed someone to do some minor repairs to my side skirt and splash guard. I found Seneca Auto through an online search. I had received quotes from other places of $100 and up so was expecting the same. They were extremely pleasant and fixed it right away. And then to my pleasant surprise, they didn't charge me anything! Totally unexpected. I was truly grateful. I'll definitely be back in the future.

I have not made an car accident claim in more than 30 years so I was not familiar with how it works. I dropped by Seneca Auto Body shop not only due to proximity to my house but also the many good reviews I've seen in the web. I must say that I was not disappointed. Robert Fluney walked me through the process and got me in touch with my insurance and took over the process and didn't have to do a thing until it the job was completed. After being hit at the 410, Seneca Towing Service was just right there to help...since my car was totaled! My wife's Lexus was recently when someone running a red light on a sunny Sunday afternoon. There was lots of front end damage but thankfully nothing structural and she was not hurt. We took the car to Seneca and the owner (Robert) was there to greet us, reassure my wife that the car could be fixed and arrange a loaner so that she was never without wheels. When we got the car back it looked better than new. Robert insisted on using only new parts and it shows.
Seneca's service was exceptional and, while I hope we avoid future accidents, I will happily go back there again if I need to and I am pleased to recommend them and their service.

After being hit on the QEW, Seneca towing service was on the scene within a minute. The driver showed me concern and kindness making sure I was okay. He called the police for me. He spoke to the at-fault driver so I did not have to deal with him. Only after all of that was looked after did he discuss his auto body shop. He brought me to the collision reporting centre and waited over an hour while the police paperwork was completed. He then brought me and my car to Seneca Auto Body in Mississauga. That's when I met Robert.
Robert Fluney is the proprietor of this long established family business in the heart of Port Credit, Mississauga. His support staff and repair crew all spoke very highly of him... and they were all also kind to me at the end of a very long and miserable day. Robert's support and calmness did much to ease my mind and nerves that night. And he made sure that I was okay before sending me home with one of his loaner cars... a very clean, reliable new car.
While his shop did not repair my car as the insurance appraiser deemed it a total loss, he continued to support me while I negotiated with the insurance company. This process was stressful and drawn out, but his most helpful advice and reassurances saw me through to a favourable outcome.
Thank you very much, Robert and team. I hope I never need your services again, but if I do, I know that both me and my car will be in very capable and trustworthy hands.

P.S. I did see the work on a few cars that were repaired and waiting to be picked up by their owners. I was very impressed. They all looked like new cars without even a hint of their previous damage.

The front fender on my wife's car got hooked on a low wall and was wrenched up and partly detached. I was referred to Robert at Seneca. He looked at it and said he would have it done while I waited, and offered me a coffee. While I sat in the waiting room, several other staff members passed through - all of them being friendly and offering me coffee. When the job was done, Robert said there was no charge - he was glad to be able to keep my wife happy (which indeed she was). It just doesn't get any better than this. Thank you again, Robert.

Robert and his crew did a great job on my car. Not only did they fix the damage to the front caused by the accident, but the rear bumper got fixed no charge. Also, the inside of the car is cleaner than its been since I bought the car.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is there aren't more available. After driving for 40 years I had some misconceptions. I thought that the insurance company to which I've paid tens of thousands of dollars over the years would be in my corner if I had an accident and I thought that tow truck drivers were highway predators and autobody shops were rip-off artists. Boy was I wrong on all counts. The two truck driver from Seneca stopped at the scene of my accident. His first concern was to see if anyone was hurt and needed an ambulance. He next phoned the police for us. He loaned us some pens to exchange information and let me borrow his cell phone to call my wife. Only after doing all that did he ask about my needing a tow and where I would like to take it. When the CAA informed me through the OPP dispatcher that there would be an hour delay in them arriving I accepted the two tow from Seneca and we went to their shop. Am I ever glad that I did. Everyone there was extremely pleasant and helpful - emphasis on the word helpful! Robert helped me through the muddy waters of reporting the accident to my insurance company who were a far cry from what I expected. The work Seneca did on my car was nothing less than fabulous - it looks as good if not better than when I bought it. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and - knock on wood - if I ever need any body work done on either of our cars I KNOW exactly where I'll take it.

I came today to get an estimate of how much front bumper replacement is as other auto body shops have told me that i needed to do. Instead, the owner found an alternative of just gluing it to the body for free. I was just speechless! He saved me $800!!!!!!! He has such a big heart! I couldn't thank him enough!

I thought that the insurance company to which I've paid tens of thousands of dollars over the years would be in my corner if I had an accident and I thought that tow truck drivers were highway predators and autobody shops were rip-off artists. Boy was I wrong on all counts. The two truck driver from Seneca stopped at the scene of my accident. His first concern was to see if anyone was hurt and needed an ambulance. He next phoned the police for us. He loaned us some pens to exchange information and let me borrow his cell phone to call my wife. Only after doing all that did he ask about my needing a tow and where I would like to take it. When the CAA informed me through the OPP dispatcher that there would be an hour delay in them arriving I accepted the two tow from Seneca and we went to their shop. Am I ever glad that I did. Everyone there was extremely pleasant and helpful - emphasis on the word helpful! Robert helped me through the muddy waters of reporting the accident to my insurance company who were a far cry from what I expected. The work Seneca did on my car was nothing less than fabulous - it looks as good if not better than when I bought it. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and - knock on wood - if I ever need any body work done on either of our cars I KNOW exactly where I'll take it.

I came today to get an estimate of how much front bumper replacement is as other auto body shops have told me that i needed to do. Instead, the owner found an alternative of just gluing it to the body for free. I was just speechless! He saved me $800!!!!!!! He has such a big heart! I couldn't thank him enough!
