Fantastic service! Since Radio Shack is long gone and I didn't want to wait a month for eBay, I had called (Dec. 05/19) to see if they could sell me a special resistor I desperately needed to finish up my DIY remote start install and expected no help as most places don't/can't sell installer parts across the counter because they're not retail items. I didn't expect anything, but "Ian" was eager to help and I was told it would be waiting for me. As soon as I arrived there, Ian had an installer give me tips and didn't even want anything for the resistor (actually gave me two in case I needed two)! Thanks to Ian, I finished up my remote start install and if I still wasn't able, I wouldn't hesitate to book an appointment for them to fix me up just because of their service! Thank you Ian and staff!

These guys have the most deplorable customer service in the city. Priced completely out to lunch as well
