The experience I had today was Maria was very unprofessional. I was trying to get a clear understanding of what she was saying and she had very little patience for me and proceed to hung up in my face. I called back twice and she immediately put me on hold, so im looking like wait is she doing this cause she hung up on me intentionally so I hung up and called from my work phone and she answered again this time saying she did not speak with me as if I can’t recognize her innocence voice she begun to tell me she didn’t speak to me over and over, I said she did she said she didn’t then said I am restricted from calling the office and for me to have a great day.
Totally unprofessional towards me, so this is my reasoning for the 1 star and I also filed a complaint as well and will be following up with it cause she definitely made me feel some typa way.
