The company issues extremely vague, hand-written receipts that don't include part make, model, or serial numbers. You'll never know exactly what they've put in your car. Was it new, used, refurbished? If a part is recalled by the manufacturer for safety reasons, it will stay in your car until the accident because you didn't even know it was there.

They charged $60 for labour to replace a blower motor resistor. That repair literally takes a phillips head screwdriver and TWO minutes to do. Anyone can do it, but Number One Auto (ha!) thinks that $1 for every 2 SECONDS is a fair shop rate? Double ha!

Like others, they also push maintenance services that are either not required at all or not required for some time.

These people will screw you up and down and put you in an always uncertain, potentially unsafe condition every time. Stay away!
