If I could give zero stars I would. I waited 1 hour outside and watched the techs walking around aimlessly and as every moment passed I lossed confidence in their abilities. It takes a maximum of 15 minutes to chane oil if you're doing it on your own. Great Canadian Oil change does it quicker than anywhere. ANYHOW, I started thinking about it and remembered i needed to change my fuel filter as well. I would normally do this all myself but I am from out of town and don't have my tools with me. An hour passed and I said screw this, there is no way I am trusting someone this incompetent to touch my 70,000 dollar diesel truck. I drove away and headed straight to the local dodge dealer. They offer quick lube and have half the crew doing the job in an eighth of the time.

I just wanted to share my first experience at Mr Lube.
Went for a oil change but the young mechanic made a comment told me my car wont last bec of the noise coming from the engine I told him its been there since i bought it four years ago. so he proceed with the oil change but can't get off the engine oil cap he said need to see a mechanic for he can't open the cap its broken. so I drove back home and I manage to open it. he was turning it in a wrong direction "Doing it right???
Went back to the store and talk to Daylan/Manager and offered me a $10 off on a change oil.

i went into mr lube they treated me with a coffee
and a newspaper they changed my oil very nice people working there and they topped off all my liquids like washer fluid for free and then i left had no promblems
