Cliff invented the 'drive-thru' quick oil change concept and in 1976 opened the first Mr. Lube store in Edmonton. Never before had an oil change and lube been so fast, convenient and affordable. My review previously was positive, since my last visit, the people at Mr. Lube especially this one guy named Dylan Terry are absolute FUCKING CROOKS! Last time I visited, this oil change junky noticed my headlights were a lil hazzy. He recommended a package for $49.99 that would keep my headlights for hazzing with a 2 year guarantee. 3 months passed, headlights became hazzy again, went back to inquire about the 2 year warranty, stupid kid says he has to call head office and walked away. While I observed him, he didn't call anyone or his manager Jerry Delyzer about the warranty and says will call you back in 2 days. It's been 3 weeks since last visit and haven't heard word if they will compensate me.nnLuckily I went on Youtube.com to find out how to get rid of headlight haze related issues. Everyone that goes to this place, beware, if a person name Dylan Terry or any of these fuckers try and sell you shit, just laugh at them and tell them to just change my damn oil and stop trying to scam us! Will never go back to this place on Highbury and Huron in London Ontario. COMPLETE CROOKS!
