I ordered a radiator for my car. But then I realize they selling it much expensive than Amazon.

Be prepared to shop on line please! Local shop( probably all retail auto parts shops ) are selling poor quality parts by higher price. Not worth it.

First time order from this guy. very bad experience and yes, he treated his employee rude. This onwer might think he is the god, so mean to his employee.
Give me wrong parts, I had to go back to replace.

I will never return to this business . I watched as he treated his staff rudely, how can one just watch such rude behavior to another person and to a person he works with. I said "be nice" he started to rant on me telling me to shut my mouth amount other things. I again said be nice and I left without finishing my order.

I've been dealing with deckers auto parts for years and have a very pleasant professional experience with any and all of the staff members. I've been there several times when someone comes in with immediate attitude and purposefully tries to agitate the staff to the point with rediculously questions and have no idea what they are talking about. Shame on you trolls that drag down reputable businesses on these review sites. Carry on Gary you run a business and provide excellent service on lordco could dream about.

I HAVE PURCHASED PARTS ALL OVER SURREY FOR OVER 30 YEARS. GARY DECKER AND HIS HELPFULL STAFF USUALLY HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK OR CAN GET THEM IN A FEW HOURS. I ALLWAYS GO TO DECKERS FOR GOOD QUALITY PARTS AND SERVICE. SOMETIMES THEY CAN GET NEW PARTS CHEAPER THAN OTHER PARTS STORES ARE CHARGING FOR REBUILT PARTS FROM CHINA. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE GREAT SERVICE AND PRICES.

Are you kidding? You would be better off going elsewhere if you need professional service. Even the high school kids at other parts stores are better. You are treated very rudely, and in the end you have to go somewhere else. Even Canadian tire has more knowledgable staff.
