I truly believe that people have the capacity to overcome challenges, heal and gain greater insight into their lives. I can help you through this process. We can work together to identify stressful feelings, increase insight and strengthen relationships. <p> Your treatment will always be tailored to your individual needs. My expertise is in applying approaches that are supported by research and clinical evidence on what works in psychotherapy.
