Trugreen lawn care is an excellent company to take care of all your lawn needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who has trouble keeping their lawn looking like a golf course.

technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and explain the service. A big complaint I have is you do not get any notice for the service. Most Service require water like rain or sprinklers sometimes we are traveling and the weather is dry and the whole service becomes useless. I wished they give at least a weeks notice.

We have been using TruGreen for a year. They offer minimal maintenance. Not bad, not great, just average. So we decided to stop the service after a year. Then we got a call from TruGreen. The guy asked why we stopped the service, not in a polite way. I told him we don’t have a large lawn and we don’t need it at this point. The guy just directly hung up the phone!! Excuse me??? Very rude!!!

We have been using TruGreen service for 1 full year now. Instead of the promise of lush green golf course ready lawn, we see the reality of depleted grass and exposed bare soil. They never bother to inform us about the state of the lawn, even though we may be at home. In a mid-summer visit they mentioned they would overseed in fall, but never followed up on it. Attached photos of the current state of our lawn. Viewers can judge for themselves whether it is lush green.

First I’d like to say if u ever get Jeremy Hammer as your yard care specialist, U have lucked out. Hes honestly great. Takes his time, always considerate and make sure that u are happy with the lawn service. This is what u hope to get when u pay for a service like this. And honestly, our yard is the best yard in the neighborhood year in and year out.
