Good service and the line up isn't too long. The older guys are very knowledgeable as are the younger guys. There's one very tall middle-aged guy that always looks grouchy and never smiles. He reminds me of Goliath and looks like he'd rather crush you that help you. He could do with some friendliness training!

How much are paid those guys from the store in Tecumseh road as they cannot afford a standard customer service?
My soon left his cell on the counter and next day he went back to ask for it.
Surprisingly he fund that the cell is not there anymore.
One of the associates just sold it to the next door Pawn Shop for $ 100.
Asking for cell my son got only the receipt from that guy not the moneys
Honesty should be on store policy?
I have huge doubts in that.
Please do not leave any personal items unattended in that store
You may find your item at the Pawn Shop.
Sad very sad.

Decent prices, able to find good picks on sale items.

Don't expect super fantastic service, staff didn't complete SmartServe..
Sometimes I pop in and I feel I'm bothering their conversation amongst each other.

An older guy was exceptional, took his time with me and offered to order parts asap, no hassle.

Ok place if you can't find parts at CT
