Always rude and quick to end a phone call if a quote doesn't result in a sale, which is often enough seeing how smaller town napas give better prices. You will only find one young guy in the store who is actually polite and seems like he enjoys his job. Make sure you ask the clerk at napa what cannot be done to the part/packing if you wish to return it(i had an issue with them and an 02 sensor). As far as pricing on maintenance parts, one is almost ALWAYS going to save money purchasing online even after purchasing shipping.
