I and my dealer called in SEPTEMBER 2016 to add a new car, with a loan, to my insurance.Well they decided I only needed PROPERTY at the time which I never was informed of. Meanwhile my car loan went up $100 a month and I was told I didn't have proof of insurance. I called Keyhew and they said they faxed it - I called again they said they faxed it - and again and again and again!. Meanwhile I'm not even realizing they never added either Comprehensive or Collision - seriously everyone in the industry knows (as admitted by their own agent Sarah) that it is a no brainer you do this! So i report a dent that occured while parked on 4/24/16. I get denied for only have PROPERTY -shocked. I find out they also never took a car we sold off the policy. So i add in the right insurance feeling I've been driving UNINSURED for 8 months!! They denied the claim and I told them to reconsider. Yup denied again. No only was I driving UNINSURED for 8 months, I've been paying $100 extra a month on my car loan! 3 MONTHS GOES BY and guess what - DENIED again - Lawyer is my next call - this is insane!!!! They even have a RECORDING of me and dealer asking for my car to be insured and STILL denied the claim. Oh and Steve in the office is a incompetent as they get - can't even run a computer. Kept telling me "all set" - he hadn't a clue. AVOID AVOID AVOID
