Some agent from this agency has cold called me three times today. The first time I told him I wasn’t interested and he kept trying to talk with me anyway. He called right back but didn’t leave a message. He called again 45 minutes later. I told him to please stop calling me. Then he texted me without introducing himself and started asking me what I’m currently paying for auto insurance. I texted back to find out who he was and why he keeps calling after I told him I wasn’t interested. Had to look online to find out who’s number this is.
I’d steer clear of these people. Aggressive and unprofessional. The guy never did give me his name. What a joke.
