if a0 stars could be given, that's what i would give. i called them for information only to get a rude response stating they didn't answer inquiries over the phone to send an email. Sent my email,sent a 2nd request.waited 24 hours. still no response. i called back to be told that they did not respond to consumer inquiries.They only respond to dealers.Talking to me with attitude! HELLO your consumers are your customers!!! if you dis them,your chance of growing your business is gone! guess what will happen now. your POS remote starter is being removed and your competitor with customer support is getting installed!!
