Tom Bonds State Farm office has Emily answering the calls . She is probably the kindest and most compassionate person I have talked to in a long time . What a pro she is !!! Emily made me feel better and then solved the problem in no time . She mailed my reimbursement check that day and I was repaid in less than a week. It was a joy to work with Emily !!! I’ve been with the Tom Bond State Farm agency since 2001, and every interaction, from simple questions to complex traffic accidents, they have been fantastic to work with. They are all advocates for their clients’ best interest. Every staff member is knowledgeable and especially kind. I receive prompt, accurate answers to each and every question.

I do not recommend the claims sections -there are few incident where the claim person did not meet the needs-what said over the phone was not applied to the claim which made us very disappointed. But overall I will choose this group of State farm over other insurance company. Thank you.

I've been with this State Farm Ins office since the 1990s through my husband who had been with Bill Bonds original State Farm insurance office for years before I met him. I've stayed on with them in my own single life now for 26 more years. It's comforting to deal with hometown people who patiently listen to my needs and look after my welfare.
A special shout out to Abbey for helping me expedite a slight change in my life insurance policy. She walked me throughl what needed to be done carefully and clearly, in a simple phone call. Abbey put the papers in the mail probably the same day! I just signed them within the same weekend I just dropped them at the post office. The Bond's State Farm Offices has been there to help when needed for the past 33 plus years.Thank you!
